One product page. One useful finding, or a clean read.
The page is inspected for publicly available product facts: price, availability, brand, options and identifiers. The note sets out what the page shows a machine, and whether the readings agree with each other. No answer engine is asked anything.

A clean read is not an empty note
A page that reads cleanly still produces a full note. It sets out what was inspected, which facts were found and where on the page they appeared.
It also sets out what could not be observed. A fact that a public page does not present is written down as not observed, which is a different statement from saying it is wrong or missing.
That distinction is the reason to keep the note narrow. One page, read once, on a stated day.
The inspection does not turn an absent fact into a diagnosis.

Open a field note on one product page
What a field note does not require
- The product-page address entered in a note is public already. It is the page any customer can open, so writing it down here opens nothing else.
- Never requested. An inspection never calls for an installation, an administrator sign-in, an analytics connection, customer or order records, a password, or a token.
- Then a posting address. After the page is confirmed you write in an email address, and the finished note is posted there.
- What the inspection does. One public page is read for what the page shows a machine, and the note comes back with the date. Nothing on the store is written to or changed.
- Turned to the wrong page. Enter a different address and it is turned to and confirmed before the inspection starts.
After the first note
The first note is prepared at no charge, so its usefulness can be judged from the note itself. Further pages you select can be inspected the same way as fixed-scope work agreed in advance.

This notice sets out what Troider takes in at troider.com, what it does with it, and what you can ask for.
What is taken in
The product-page address you enter and the email address you enter. Also the routine technical details every browser sends with a request, among them the IP address, the browser identification and the time, which are written to server logs.
The session
Opening a page and then submitting it are two halves of one request. The two endpoints set one same-domain session cookie, PHPSESSID, marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, to hold the halves together. No other cookie is set, and no advertising or profiling cookie is set anywhere on this site.
What it is for
To prepare the record you asked for and send it to you, to reply to anything you write, to run and protect the site, and to improve the service and the messages sent. Related messages about the service may also go out, and writing to contact@troider.com stops those.
Who else handles it
Suppliers handling hosting, page rendering, storage, automation, security and email delivery may process it on our behalf, and so may anyone the law obliges us to disclose it to. Your email address is not published.
How long
As long as the uses above still call for it, and as long as the law requires it to be kept.

Write to contact@troider.com to ask what is held or to stop the messages. This notice can be revised, and the date at the top marks the version in force.
Repayment of paid work

Paid work from Troider is refundable in full for 30 days after payment. Ask by writing to contact@troider.com inside those 30 days, quoting the order or payment reference. Never send card numbers by email. The first record is prepared without payment, so nothing arises to refund on it.

The service
Troider reads one public product page the way software reads it and sends the resulting field table, with the date of the reading, to the email address you give. No answer engine is queried. The record describes what was seen on that day. It carries no promise about ranking, placement, traffic, revenue or any later outcome.
Your side
That the address you submit is a public product page you are entitled to pass on, and that the site is not used for anything unlawful.
